Job Title: Fleet Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive supply growth and manage on-ground operations across cities.

The ideal candidate will handle fleet acquisition & retention, support cross-functional teams, and lead driver engagement initiatives.

  • Build and maintain healthy supply in cities.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction surveys, as well as research activities.
  • Support cross-functional teams, including marketing, legal, and business development teams.
  • Manage large fleets for acquisitions and retentions.
  • Analyze market trends and develop strategies to improve our footprint in the market.
  • Search, hire, and retain offline and online recruiters.
  • Establish relationships with local authorities for effective supply management.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies to onboard new and active drivers.
  • Take ownership of various projects and initiatives to drive brand recognition.
  • Identify supply gaps within different areas and establish new channels of acquisition.
  • Travel extensively to manage on-ground operations.

What we're looking for:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership skills with at least 3 years of experience managing large operational teams.
  • Grit and willingness to take on challenges.
  • A go-getter attitude with the ability to solve multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and qualitative skills to tackle operational challenges.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A strong understanding of the supply ecosystem in a consumer tech environment.
  • Startup experience is required.
