Job Overview

The primary objective of this role is to oversee various operational aspects, including manpower planning, shift scheduling, and facility maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops and implements strategies for efficient manpower allocation and shift management.
  • Maintains compliance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Monitors vehicle connections and ensures timely loading/unloading operations.
  • Collaborates with the fleet department to coordinate ad-hoc requirements based on load profiles.
  • Ensures service levels are met and performance metrics are consistently achieved.
  • Facilitates effective communication and coordination among different teams.
  • Identifies opportunities for process improvements and drives them to successful implementation.
  • Develops and implements best practices in shop floor management, including Kaizen, Lean, and Six Sigma principles.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution.
  • 1-3 years of relevant post-graduation experience.
