The ideal candidate will have experience working in the Tourism & Travel sector, specifically in Ground Transportation (preferred). They should possess strong operational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with excellent English verbal and written communication.

Key responsibilities include managing and resolving issues with drivers and fleets, enforcing high service standards, keeping detailed records of interactions, and developing good working relationships with suppliers, operations, sales, and external stakeholders.
