Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Transportation Supervisor for our Surat location. This on-site role involves overseeing daily transportation operations, ensuring adherence to DOT regulations, and managing fleet activities. The Transportation Supervisor will also handle customer service inquiries, coordinate with drivers, and provide prompt solutions to any operational issues. Effective communication and supervisory skills are crucial for this position.

Qualifications

  • Supervisory Skills and Fleet Management knowledge
  • Understanding of DOT Regulations
  • Handle the drivers and helpers staff
  • Customer Service experience
  • Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Prior experience in transportation or related field is preferred
