Lead Strategic HR Initiatives

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to lead our HR function. The successful candidate will drive strategic initiatives across HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and culture-building.

  • Manage a team by setting clear goals, balancing workloads, and driving accountability.
  • Oversee global mobility and travel operations while ensuring compliance and cost control.
  • Own HR policy governance, audit readiness, and end-to-end HR administration.
  • Champion employee experience by designing wellness programs and recognition initiatives.
  • Build company culture through workshops and events.
  • Design a total-rewards framework and approve incentives.
  • Prioritize Learning & Development, track certifications, and impact reporting.
  • Drive CSR strategy and employer branding.

Required Skills:

  • Post Graduation in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • 15+ years of relevant experience in Human Resource Management, including 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems like SuccessFactors or Workday.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
