Business Development Manager for Amazon Services

We are looking for a skilled individual to join our team at ASSPL - Maharashtra - C32 as a Sales Associate with Amazon Seller Services India.

The ideal candidate will have sales experience, the ability to work in an environment with minimal supervision, and be comfortable working across multiple complex functions.

The role requires engaging retailers at all points of their life cycle, identifying and recruiting retailers that deliver competitive pricing and broad product selection on the platform, and analyzing seller performance metrics to help them become successful on our platform.

The candidate should be comfortable interfacing with technology systems, training other stakeholders on systems and processes, and be able to analyze data and gather actionable conclusions.

The successful candidate will have a proven ability to manage the business 'by the numbers' and be metrics-driven, with excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.

Key job responsibilities include understanding products and services offered by Amazon Services, defining the seller base and industry verticals we target for various Amazon services, identifying valuable sellers and selecting for Amazon services, and acquiring retailers with valuable selection and establishing long-term partnerships.

Prior experience and skills include more than 3+ years of experience in sales, a Bachelor's degree required, and an MBA is preferred, with passion for e-commerce, experience in an analytical, results-oriented environment with external customer interaction, and proven ability to manage the business 'by the numbers'.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS include 2+ years of sales experience, and a Bachelor's degree, while PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS include 2+ years working in an external client-facing environment involving aspects of business development.
