Amazon Pay (India) Private Limited is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and customer experiences for the gift cards category.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive gift card sales through B2B channels by interacting with decision makers within key corporate customers.
  • On-board new corporates for Amazon gift cards by providing solutions to their internal requirements and successfully closing complex contract negotiations.
  • Own and cultivate the business relationship with key partners and corporate customers with a long-term vision to make Amazon gift cards their top choice for any gifting requirement or reward program.
  • Be accountable for driving, measuring, and reporting on key inputs and outputs in Salesforce.com and other reporting systems.
  • Prepare and give business reviews to the senior management team regarding progress and roadblocks to closing new customers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business.
  • Strong business judgment with a track record of strong ownership values and relationship management skills.
  • Numbers driven, team oriented, effective communicator with a desire to participate in change and appreciate a dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities.
