Job Title: Business Development Manager
The ideal candidate will oversee both retail certification programs and corporate learning initiatives, ensuring high client satisfaction and a seamless learner experience.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver key projects (training, assessments, consulting) with high client satisfaction rates.
- Oversee program execution with a team, ensuring a smooth learner journey.
- Support sales teams with insights, proposals, and account engagement strategies.
- Mentor junior professionals, refine business processes, and contribute to marketing/learning content development.
Key Requirements:
- 5–8 years in program/project management (HR, consulting, or L&D preferred).

- Ability to manage both high-volume retail programs and customized corporate projects.
