Key Responsibilities
  • P&L Management: Develop and manage financial plans to achieve revenue and profit targets.
  • Procurement and Vendor Management: Identify and onboard suppliers for used laptops and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective procurement.
  • Refurbishment and Quality Control: Oversee the refurbishment process to meet quality standards and work closely with technical teams to optimize workflows and cost efficiencies.
  • Sales and Business Development: Develop and execute sales strategies through B2B and B2C channels and build relationships with key accounts, corporate clients, resellers, and online marketplaces.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 8-12 years of experience in IT hardware, refurbishment, or related industries.
  • Proven track record in P&L management, procurement, refurbishment, and sales.
  • Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
  • Experience working with corporates, OEMs, banks, and large-scale buyers of refurbished IT hardware.
  • Knowledge of marketplaces, e-commerce, and bulk sales strategies for refurbished products.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
