**Key Responsibilities1. Diagnostics and Troubleshooting**:

- Diagnose hardware issues in desktops, laptops, and peripherals like printers and scanners.
- Identify the root causes of problems and suggest appropriate solutions.

**2. Repair and Maintenance**:

- Perform hardware repairs, replacements, and upgrades, including RAM, hard drives, motherboards, and power supplies.
- Clean and maintain hardware to ensure optimal performance.

**3. Installation and Configuration**:

- Set up new hardware systems, ensuring proper connectivity and functionality.

**4. Networking Support**:

- Assist in setting up and troubleshooting wired and wireless networks.
- Address issues related to routers, switches, and internet connectivity.

**5. Client Support**:

- Provide on-site and off-site support to customers.
- Educate clients on hardware usage and maintenance best practices.

**6. Inventory and Documentation**:

- Maintain records of repairs, services, and replacements.
- Manage and track inventory of spare parts and tools.

**Required Skills and QualificationsTechnical Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of computer hardware components and their functionality.
- Familiarity with diagnosing and repairing hardware issues.
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS).
- Knowledge of networking concepts and troubleshooting methods.

**Soft Skills**:

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Educational Requirements**:

- Diploma/Certification in Computer Hardware & Networking, IT, or a related field.
- Any relevant work experience in hardware servicing is a plus.
