
Sales Developer

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating leads from assigned banks and cross-selling various financial products to bank customers. Your primary objective will be to drive customer business development and manage relationships while ensuring seamless sales completion.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective strategies to acquire new customers through the bank's database, walk-ins, and generated prospects.
- Collaborate with Relationship Managers and bank sales teams to share product knowledge, provide coaching, and model best-selling behaviors.
- Identify opportunities to develop new markets and segments in line with our company's sales strategy.
- Facilitate medical reports and ensure timely issuance of policy documents to support sales completion.
- Proven experience in Life/Health/General Insurance sales, preferably in Bancassurance roles.
- Strong understanding of financial products, including life-related investments and insurance needs.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse customer profiles.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets while maintaining high-quality customer service standards.
