Role Overview
LogiSpace is a commercial real estate brokerage specializing in managed and flexible office spaces across India. We work with leading operators to help clients find the right office solutions.
We are looking for a motivated and energetic associate to join our Mumbai team. This role is a hybrid of sales execution and strategic contribution. You will prospect clients, suggest properties, arrange site visits, and close deals in line with monthly sales targets. You will also collaborate with leadership to develop and execute creative strategies that enhance LogiSpace's presence in Mumbai, strengthen lead generation, improve sales conversions, and support team expansion.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in sales but also wants to play a role in shaping business strategy, marketing direction, and growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
Sales & Client Engagement
- Prospect and connect with potential clients through calls and meetings.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable office space options.
- Coordinate property visits with clients.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
- Develop strong relations with operators to ensure priority access to inventory.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
Strategy & Business Growth
- Work with the leadership team to create strategies for stronger LogiSpace presence in Mumbai.
- Suggest ideas for digital creatives that can boost lead generation.
- Recommend sales conversation strategies to improve client engagement and closure rates.
- Contribute to team expansion strategies in Mumbai.
- Suggest revenue-enhancement strategies to maximize profitability from the Mumbai market.

Requirements
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (preferred).
- 0-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or real estate.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English & Hindi (Marathi is a plus).
Personal Qualities
- Confidence in handling client calls and in-person meetings.
- Willingness to travel across Mumbai, Thane & Navi Mumbai for site visits.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
