Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Director of Client Experience to lead our Bangalore office and spearhead strategic account growth.

Requirements

We are looking for a seasoned professional who:

  • Has 6–10 years of experience in client experience/account management, preferably in advertising, branding, or digital agencies.
  • Demonstrates exceptional relationship-building and leadership skills, with a proven track record of success.
  • Has experience managing large accounts and multi-industry clients, with a deep understanding of their needs and expectations.
  • Can balance strategic planning with hands-on execution, delivering results-driven solutions.
  • Is a team leader and mentor, capable of guiding and inspiring others to achieve excellence.
