
Senior Account Growth Manager

As a seasoned professional, you will be the strategic partner and trusted advisor to our clients. You will manage key brand relationships, oversee campaign execution, and collaborate with creative and strategy teams to ensure the work not only meets but exceeds expectations.
You will play a dual role: client champion within the agency, and agency ambassador with the client—driving growth, building trust, and ensuring seamless delivery across multiple verticals.
The ideal candidate will have 4–8 years of experience in account management / client servicing (agency side experience preferred).
Key responsibilities include leading and managing relationships with senior clients across FMCG, lifestyle, and consumer brands, understanding client objectives deeply and translating them into actionable strategies for creative and media teams, and overseeing end-to-end campaign delivery from briefing and creative development to production, execution, and reporting.
Additionally, you will collaborate with internal divisions to deliver integrated solutions, manage account profitability, budgets, and financial tracking for assigned clients, and proactively identify opportunities for business growth, new campaign ideas, and cross-sell opportunities.
Mentorship and guidance of junior account executives and managers on day-to-day servicing are also essential components of this role.
Lastly, the successful candidate will ensure client satisfaction through clear communication, timely delivery, and proactive problem-solving, staying on top of industry trends, competitor moves, and cultural shifts to keep clients future-ready.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills—confident in C-suite discussions
