Job Title: Senior Technical Project Analyst

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of technical project management principles and experience in sourcing and procurement. They will be responsible for overseeing the intake process, ensuring compliance with enterprise standards, and managing vendor relationships.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure centralized intake processes are followed and assigned work is up to date.
  • Support businesses with Request for Proposal (RFP) and Request for Information (RFI) processes.
  • Oversee the oversight of process and all communication/reporting for assigned vendors and tasks.

The Senior Technical Project Analyst will also be responsible for evaluating and reporting on vendor and UHG/Optum performance against defined contractual terms such as Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Graduate degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Management, or related field.
  • 3+ years of Sourcing and Procurement experience and/or business operations experience.
  • Proficiency with MS Office.

A bachelor's degree in a related field and 3+ years of experience in sourcing and procurement can be considered in lieu of a graduate degree.
