Project Management Office (PMO) Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Management Office (PMO) professional to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management and be able to work effectively with project teams, stakeholders and senior management.

Job Description:

The PMO role is responsible for providing support to project managers in the delivery of projects. This includes planning, monitoring and controlling projects, as well as ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining project plans and schedules
  • Coordinating and managing project resources
  • Tracking and reporting project progress
  • Identifying and mitigating risks and issues
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business or computer science
  • At least 4 years of experience in project management or a related field
  • Strong knowledge and experience of project management methodologies, systems and tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
