Business Development Strategist

The Business Development Strategist drives growth by identifying and integrating acquisition targets, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with confidentiality standards. This role supports the company's vision of enhancing defence capabilities and transforming it into a hub for high-tech design and manufacturing.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Identify potential Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and strategic partnership opportunities aligned with corporate growth objectives
  • Conduct detailed financial modelling and valuation analysis, including financial forecasting, business case development, and scenario analysis; Assess financial and operational risks associated with the transaction
  • Manage due diligence processes, working closely with internal teams, external advisors, and investment banks
  • Create presentations for internal review and senior leadership, and lead drafting of all transaction documents as well as closing procedures
  • Assist in post-merger integration, ensuring synergies and operational alignment
