Job Title: Sales Coordinator – Industrial Gases
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and driven professional to expand our market presence in the industrial gases segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales growth across target sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily coordination with customers for new requirements & collection of empty cylinders on daily basis.
- Support by completing orders and keeping customers informed of delays and delivery dates.
- Maintain organized sales records and report month-end goal setting to senior management.
- Monitor and organize inventory while effectively tracking new services and products for sale.
- Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly answering emails and handling orders by phone.
- Establish good communication and engagement with customer sales to ensure timely processing of orders.
- Collaborate with senior sales staff in weekly meetings by creating and maintaining month-end sales reports.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
- Knowledge of transportation and distribution vehicle tracking is required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a sales coordinator or relevant role.
- Proficiency in English language.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
