Deputy General Manager Operations Job

We are seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Leader to oversee and optimize our operational processes within the automotive sector.

The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Operational Management, Process Optimization, and Team Leadership. This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to oversee daily operations, manage resources, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of daily operations to ensure optimal performance in production, quality, and resource management.
  • Development and implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Cross-functional collaboration to align goals and drive performance.
  • Metric-driven analysis and reporting to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Compliance with industry regulations and maintenance of high standards for quality and safety.
  • Budget management and cost control to achieve operational effectiveness.
  • Leadership and mentorship of a team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and teamwork.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management within the automotive industry, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in process optimization, lean manufacturing, and cost management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in ERP and production management software.
