Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Finance Director Lead to oversee the delivery of Financial and Accounting services across multiple locations. This role involves leading a high-performing team of professionals, ensuring seamless service delivery aligned with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of F&A services, including R2R, I2C, and P2P, for a global client base.
  • Lead a team of 70-150 finance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives leveraging technology, analytics, and process improvement to drive business growth.
  • Maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, ensuring executive-level engagement and support.
  • Drive continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma frameworks, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing corrective actions.
Candidate Profile:

We are looking for a highly experienced finance professional with a proven track record in leadership and client management. Key qualifications include:

  • A Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 10 years of experience in Finance and Accounting operations, with a strong focus on R2R, P2P, and I2C.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large teams, driving performance and productivity.
  • Proven expertise in client relationship management, with a strong network of international connections.
  • Experience in process optimization, automation, and analytics, with a focus on delivering value-added solutions.
