Site Operations Director

The Site Operations Director will be responsible for developing and driving the implementation of site operations strategies that align with our business goals. This role will lead and support all departments in implementing best practices to meet their operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and drive the implementation of site operations master plans.
  • Lead and support all departments in implementing best practices.
  • Provide leadership and coaching to operational teams on process improvement and waste reduction.
  • Engage with daily operational review meetings to provide expert analysis of performance improvement opportunities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in consumer goods manufacturing and process improvement.
Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, including data-driven decision making.
  • Strong influencing skills to persuade senior stakeholders to invest in operational improvements.
