About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Professional to drive improvements in operational effectiveness and profitability across our Global Manufacturing sites and processes.

This role will collaborate with Site Leadership Teams and the Director of Operational Excellence to develop and lead performance transformations, enhancing our continuous improvement culture and driving business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement cost-saving initiatives through operational efficiencies.
  • Establish and maintain manufacturing excellence standards.
  • Develop and implement a robust OEE program to track and eliminate lost production causes.
  • Conduct diagnostics and value stream mapping exercises to identify areas for improvement.
  • Promote the use of Lean tools and methodologies to achieve manufacturing excellence.
  • Lead and mentor leadership team members, fostering a culture that motivates employees.
  • Recommend methods to increase product quality and/or service delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 5-8 years' experience in project/program management, operational excellence, or consulting roles.
  • Certified Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
  • Lean Six Sigma experience to drive business results.
  • Strong technical skills and initiative.
  • Project Management skills and change management expertise.

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred, with a scientific background highly desired.
