Job Overview:

Our organization is seeking a skilled Quality and Process Excellence Specialist to spearhead quality and operational excellence initiatives across large-scale AI data workflows.

About the Role:

  • Develop and enhance quality assurance frameworks for AI data operations, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
  • Lead process optimization efforts using Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven methodologies to drive continuous improvement.
  • Monitor key quality metrics, implement corrective actions, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Mentor and guide teams in adopting a culture of excellence, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate with leadership to deliver world-class, trustworthy AI operations that meet evolving business needs.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Quality/Process Excellence, preferably in tech, data, or large-scale operations.
  • Proven expertise in process mapping, audits, Lean/Six Sigma methodologies, and data analysis.
  • A strong track record of leading teams and scaling operations to achieve business objectives.
  • Detailed-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about delivering high-quality solutions that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement quality assurance processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive process maps, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Implement data-driven decision-making strategies to optimize AI data workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of quality assurance processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or other quality-related disciplines.
