We are seeking a highly skilled Resource Management Professional to join our team.

As a Resource Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with engineering teams to forecast technical resource needs;
  • Building and maintaining structured resource plans aligned with project timelines and deliverables;
  • Analyzing technical skill sets, identifying capability gaps, and supporting talent-to-project mapping;
  • Partnering with project managers to evaluate resource implications on scope and delivery;
  • Preparing resource utilization reports and insights for strategic decision-making;
  • Contributing to predictive forecasting models to anticipate future demands;
  • Supporting onboarding of technical team members into ongoing projects;
  • Continuously refining resource management processes for efficiency and scalability;
  • Tracking project progress and proactively flagging potential resource-related risks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical Acumen: Engineering/technical background with strong understanding of technical concepts;
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to forecast, plan, and optimize technical resource allocation;
  • Collaboration: Comfortable working with engineers, PMs, and business stakeholders;
  • Extreme Ownership: Proactive, accountable, and results-oriented;
  • Business Alignment: Ability to connect resource planning with organizational goals;
  • Resilience: Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced project environments;
  • Advanced Skills (Preferred): Exposure to talent mapping in technical environments, understanding of project scopes, dependencies, and architecture-driven resource needs, experience in stakeholder discussions within technical or project delivery contexts.
