Job Description

This position involves proactive outreach to prospective customers, lead generation, sales target achievement, and customer relationship management. Key responsibilities include:

  • Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Engage in targeted cold calling to introduce potential customers to our products and services, leveraging phone calls, email campaigns, and social media follow-ups to generate high-quality leads.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets by actively engaging with prospective clients and consistently delivering exceptional results.
  • Customer Interaction: Effectively communicate product knowledge, demonstrate technical features, and address customer queries to build trust and foster long-term relationships.
  • Customer Visits: Organize and participate in customer meetings to present products and close sales deals, further solidifying business relationships.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed sales reports to the manager on a regular basis, ensuring transparency and enabling informed decision-making.
  • Exhibition Participation: Support the team in organizing and attending industry exhibitions to network and generate new leads, expanding our customer base.
  • Product Knowledge & Sales Meetings: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product developments, participating in regular sales meetings to review strategies and performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Verbal and written communication skills are essential to explain product features, close deals effectively, and build strong relationships with customers.
  • Multilingual: Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory to cater to a diverse client base.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Strong focus on understanding customer needs and building positive relationships to drive sales growth.
  • Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn new products and adjust to changing customer needs, demonstrating resilience and flexibility.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the printing and packaging industry is preferred, along with expertise in cold calling and lead generation.
