Job Summary

As a key player in our team, you will lead the functional direction of agents within the program training classroom environment. Your role involves utilizing effective presentation and facilitation skills to deliver training using various modalities in a classroom setting.

  • Prepare and present training materials through classroom learning, hands-on demonstrations, and supporting activities.
  • Support Operations to transition agents from training to production environment, ensuring competency levels meet business standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor student progress, provide coaching, and developmental feedback to ensure readiness recommendations are met.
  • Maintain relevant product knowledge for each account by taking calls, attending client and cross-functional meetings as needed, and side-by-side observations.
  • Ensure effective communication with managers, peers, and other resource groups.
  • Collaborate with Instructional Design team to design and develop training materials for various instructional delivery methods.
  • Evaluate training programs using feedback methods such as focus groups, interviews, and surveys.
  • Recommend curriculum modifications based on internal customer feedback and Training Needs Analysis.
  • Contribute to continuous learning culture by maintaining engagement on change management, product and services releases, policies, processes, and procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or higher with two to four years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Proven experience in training methodologies and soft skills.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines of deliverables.
