Key Responsibilities:

Design & Deliver:- Develop and implement impactful training and development programs tailored for diverse departments in the manufacturing sector.

Align with Performance Management:- Ensure all training initiatives support our performance management system, employee growth, and business goals.

Drive Learning Culture:- Promote continuous learning and professional development across all levels of the organization.

Training Operations:- Manage onboarding, compliance, leadership, job-specific training, vendor coordination, budgeting, and scheduling.

Feedback & Analysis:- Conduct training needs analysis, review feedback, assess effectiveness, and update learning modules accordingly.

Expected Outcomes:

90% On-time training delivery

95% Training effectiveness

90% Employee training coverage

90% Cost efficiency in training operations

Daily Task:-

* Design training modules

* Coordinate with trainers

* Schedule and implement sessions

* Onboard and upskill employees


Weekly Task:

* Develop new content

* Promote learning culture

* Review and improve programs


Monthly Task:

* Analyze training effectiveness

* Report outcomes to management

* Manage budgets and vendor performance
