Job Title: Process Training Specialist

Job Description:

Our organization is seeking a skilled Process Training Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, flexibility to work in shifts, and knowledge of UK Mortgages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for new hires, including classroom training and computer-based/remote training sessions.
  • Manage training batches with a 1:20 ratio to ensure effective learning and minimize distractions.
  • Provide constructive feedback and coaching on process, quality, and best practices to employees.
  • Maintain accurate database management, track daily reports, and analyze performance metrics.
  • Utilize effective management strategies and reporting mechanisms to motivate associates and drive results.
  • Perform transactions on a weekly or monthly basis as defined by the process to ensure seamless operations.
  • Stay up-to-date on new products and undergo TTT certification to maintain expertise.
  • Analyze data critically and maintain track records of employee performance.

Critical Skills Required:

  • Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal & Written).
  • Flexibility to work in shifts.
  • Knowledge of UK Mortgages.
  • Experience working with Microsoft applications.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
  • Result-oriented and client-focused.
  • Feedback and Coaching skills.
  • Good rapport-building skills.

Selection Criteria:

  • Graduate in any stream.
  • Minimum of 3+ years experience in UK Mortgages.
  • Citizen of India or allowed to work in India.
  • Above the age of 18 Years.
