We are seeking a seasoned Cloud and AI Training Program Manager to coordinate training projects centered on cloud and AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, manage, and coordinate comprehensive training programs focused on Microsoft Azure Cloud and OpenAI technologies for both partners and customers.
  • Develop and execute innovative training initiatives emphasizing Azure infrastructure, AI/ML services, Cognitive Services, OpenAI APIs, and other Microsoft cloud capabilities.
  • Ensure seamless execution of training logistics, including scheduling, trainer assignment, and post-training analysis for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate technical evaluation calls for trainers, focusing on their expertise in Azure services and AI technologies.
  • Build and maintain a network of external trainers specializing in Microsoft Azure and OpenAI, ensuring alignment with our strategic direction.
  • Oversee the distribution of technical training materials, including Azure lab guides, sandbox environments, and OpenAI documentation or access codes.
  • Guarantee that all training programs meet quality standards, align with our cloud and AI roadmap, and result in high customer satisfaction and knowledge transfer.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in project coordination or program management, focused on technical cloud computing or the training industry.
  • Demonstrated success in managing technical training programs, particularly those centered around Azure, AI, or cloud transformation.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, especially VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Data Analysis, for training analytics and reporting.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and a strong working knowledge of Azure services and OpenAI integration within Azure.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills to handle multiple complex training projects and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, able to explain cloud and AI concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a global environment, adapting to time zones and client needs.
  • Experience working with a technology training company or educational organization is highly desirable.
  • Immediate or short notice availability (within 7 days) preferred.
  • Capacity to learn emerging technologies quickly, particularly in the cloud and AI space.
