Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Training Manager located in Udaipur- Rajasthan. The Training Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing training programs across various departments. Day-to-day tasks include conducting training sessions, assessing training needs, developing training manuals, and evaluating employee performance post-training. The role involves close collaboration with department heads to ensure that training programs align with organizational goals and employee development needs.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in designing and implementing training programs
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to assess training needs and develop relevant curricula
  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills
  • Relevant experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, and working experience in Hospitality must.
