Job Description

This role involves providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.

You will be responsible for managing and resolving issues by communicating effectively with drivers and fleets, enforcing high service standards, and confirming ride completion. Additionally, you will maintain detailed records of interactions within our CRM system to ensure consistency and follow-up as needed.

Developing good working relationships with suppliers, CS operations, sales, and other functions, plus external stakeholders, is crucial in this position. Providing customer service support and prioritizing tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment are also key responsibilities.

In terms of requirements, we are looking for individuals with experience working in tourism and travel or ground transportation, preferably with a minimum of 2 years' experience as a customer support representative or similar role. Strong operational and analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and excellent English verbal and written communication are essential.

  • Key Responsibilities:
