As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for working with raw data to deliver actionable insights that drive business decisions across retail and e-commerce channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse sales performance, customer behaviour, inventory levels, and pricing metrics.
  • Collect, clean, and structure data from various sources including POS, ERP, CRM, Google Analytics, and social platforms.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Lead demand forecasting, product evaluation, assortment analysis, and customer segmentation projects.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis to support marketing, merchandising, and supply chain planning initiatives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to deliver insights and recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, with 3+ years in retail/wholesale analytics.
  • Strong proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  • Understanding of retail KPIs, sales metrics, and inventory data.
  • Experience with POS, ERP, and retail analytics platforms.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms like Snowflake or BigQuery.
  • Background in omni-channel or e-commerce environments.
