Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the technical development of our platform, working closely with the founding team to build a scalable, secure, and user-friendly solution.

  • Design and implement the technical architecture of our platform, ensuring it meets the needs of our users and partners.
  • Lead a team of engineers in the development of our platform, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate our platform with other systems and services, ensuring seamless data exchange and efficient workflows.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a CTO or equivalent technical leadership role, with a track record of successful technology development and deployment.
  • Strong understanding of software engineering principles, including design patterns, testing, and scalability.
  • Experience with cloud-based technologies, including AWS or Azure, and containerization using Docker.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
