Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our global recruitment efforts. The successful candidate will leverage our proprietary AI-enabled tools to build and manage high-performing teams for leading companies.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to meet client requirements and deliver timely results.
  • Provide expert advice on talent availability and effective hiring processes to clients.
  • Drive sourcing teams to achieve service delivery goals as per agreed SLAs, managing key performance indicators and reporting periodically.
  • Manage applicant tracking systems or client systems with the same level of engagement.
  • Negotiate and maintain key client stakeholders, resolving issues through escalation resolution.
Qualification Criteria:
  • A minimum of 5 years of core experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the Pharma domain.
  • Expertise in sourcing candidates from entry-level to senior roles, leveraging multiple online channels.
  • Ability to guide and mentor sourcing specialists on sourcing techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with candidate mapping and creating talent landscape reports.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling independent conversations with key stakeholders.
  • Experience managing client stakeholders at all levels, from recruitment POC to Hiring Managers.
  • Assist the recruitment manager in directing a team of Sourcing specialists and coordinators.
  • Able to produce data for management reporting using MS Excel.
  • Proficient in preparing reports and presentations using MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
