As a Principal Solution Engineer, you will be responsible for driving customer success through digital transformation in large enterprise organizations. You will uncover the challenges and issues faced by businesses through successful discovery sessions and workshops.

  • Build innovative solutions using out-of-the-box thinking and engage with business users to create solution presentations, demonstrations, and prototypes.
  • Develop roadmaps that articulate how partners can implement and accept solutions to move from current to future state.
  • Authoritatively present and articulate the business value to managers and executives of all levels.
  • Deliver functional and technical responses to RFPs/RFIs and work as an excellent teammate by contributing, learning, and sharing new knowledge.
  • Demonstrate a conceptual understanding of integrating cloud applications with existing business applications and technology.
  • Engage with IT around technical and enterprise architecture and lead multiple customer engagements concurrently.
  • Be self-motivated, flexible, and take initiative.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Hold a degree or equivalent relevant experience; experience will be evaluated based on core proficiencies or the role (e.g., extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.).
  • Possess relevant years of confirmed experience in the IT Industry, either pre-sales or implementation of customer engagement solutions, supporting the sales cycle in selling CRM or high-value business solutions.
  • Have a strong focus and experience in pre-sales or implementation in financial services industry for large enterprise customers (Banks/insurance/fin-tech/NBFCs).
  • Experience in demonstrating Customer engagement solution, understand and drive use cases, customer journeys, ability to draw Day in life of across different LOBs in the financial services industry.
  • Knowledge in Enterprise Architecture/Solution Architecture/Technical Architecture from a customer engagement perspective.
  • Knowledge on Key critical metrics supervised in financial industry from a customer engagement perspective.
  • Business Analysis/Business case/return on investment construction.
  • Experience in sophisticated solution selling to Enterprise customers within the Financial Services industry.
  • A broad understanding of and ability to articulate the benefits of Cloud Computing, SFA, Service & Support, Marketing and Mobile solutions.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills with a focus on needs analysis, positioning, business justification, and closing techniques.
  • Outstanding presentation and demonstration skills.
