As a key player in driving revenue growth, you will be supporting pre-sales activities and developing innovative solutions for global clients.

- Pre-Sales Support:
- Partner with sales teams to understand client requirements and business challenges.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis and translate client requirements into compelling solution proposals.
- Deliver engaging solution demonstrations and presentations to technical and business audiences.
- Respond to RFPs (Requests for Proposal) and RFIs (Requests for Information) with high-quality responses.
- Solution Development:
- Design and architect innovative solutions that address specific client needs and align with strategic objectives.
- Build a compelling solution pitch for internal and external audiences with a go-to-market strategy.
- Market Expertise:
- Maintain a deep understanding of the ISV landscape, including latest technology trends and key regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of competitors and their offerings.
- Contribute to thought leadership activities, such as point of views, white papers, blog posts, or conference presentations.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales, product management, consulting, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive go-to-market strategy.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior team members.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's/MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of overall experience with significant exposure to pre-sales, solutions consulting, or related roles within the IT services and products industry.
- Good understanding of ISV landscapes, PE/VC value creation, and product engineering services.
- Proven capability in consulting or program management for large-scale product engineering or digital transformation programs is desirable.
- Good understanding of general AI and cloud computing is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Williness to travel as required.
