Job Title: Operations Manager
  • Achieve business growth through operational excellence and process improvement by identifying areas of improvement and implementing effective solutions.
  • Develop, manage and monitor budgets to ensure timely submission of revenue, OPEX and overhead expenses after collaborating with commercial and operations departments.
  • Ensure timely submission of statutory and group audit details related to CFS operations.
  • Collaborate with the CFS head to make informed commercial decisions by providing data-driven proposals and discussing other relevant matters.
  • Negotiate and discuss CFS contracts to secure competitive rates for the company.
  • Coordinate Treasury information between DPW India group companies and update it into the DPW Treasury Module - Salmon for further use by the global treasury office.
  • Drive weekly performance management for MICT and provide visibility on P&L for all logistic products like last mile first mile, empty yard and bundled products.
  • Evaluate customer commercial proposals and implement new software/systems related to CFS finance and billing.
  • Ensure timely completion of CFS month-end activities and correct billing of services provided at CFS in compliance with government regulations.
  • Collect payments from customers within approved credit limits and comply with various financial and other policies.
  • Provide monthly trackers and MIS for CFS covering financial aspects and customer account reconciliations for top customers.
  • Verify invoices and credit notes, process customer waiver requests and ensure accurate payment processing.
