Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to lead our people strategy in India. As the HR Head, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns with our business objectives.

About the Role

This is a critical leadership role based in Mumbai, reporting to the Regional P&C Head, APAC. You will be an integral part of a dynamic and P&C APAC team, collaborating closely with business leaders to drive our ambitious growth plans in the Indian market.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy and global initiatives with country
  • Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, and learning and development
  • Foster a positive organizational culture that promotes employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion
  • Support in the development and implementation of global HR programs
  • Partner with business leaders to provide HR guidance and support

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or HR certification preferred
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in a multinational organization
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
