Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a talented and dedicated HR professional to lead our team in various human resources functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboarding & Employee Experience
    • Analyze and improve the onboarding process from documentation to orientation.
    • Conduct assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of training and induction.
    • Manage assets for new joiners and ensure a smooth transition.
    • Provide employee support by handling queries, resolving issues, and implementing innovative approaches.
  • Policies & Processes
    • Design, develop, and implement HR policies that align with company culture and compliance requirements.
    • Create standardized HR processes to ensure efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
    • Maintain organizational hierarchy structures and clarify reporting lines and role responsibilities.
  • HR Systems & Reporting
    • Drive the adoption and utilization of Keka HRMS across payroll, leave, performance, and reporting modules.
    • Prepare and present HR reports to management, covering workforce data, attrition, and engagement.
    • Analyze reports, identify gaps, and implement improvements for data-driven HR decision-making.
  • Payroll & Compliance
    • Oversee end-to-end payroll management, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
    • Ensure statutory compliance with labor laws, including TDS, PF, ESIC, and others.
    • Monitor adherence to compliance frameworks and regulatory updates.
    • Uphold the Code of Conduct across all employee levels, promoting fair and ethical workplace practices.
  • Performance & Employee Relations
    • Support increment meetings, providing inputs based on performance, market trends, and organizational policies.
    • Drive HR Connect initiatives to strengthen employee engagement, culture, and communication.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related matters.
