Global Human Resources Leader

We are seeking an experienced HR leader to drive our global human resources strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and scaling our HR systems worldwide, aligning talent and performance with business objectives.

This is a unique opportunity to join a rapidly growing organization and make a significant impact on its success. As the Global Head of HR, you will work closely with executive leaders across all regions to establish a corporate-level HR framework that supports our global operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns with our business goals.
  • Establish scalable HR systems for operations, employee relations, and talent management across multiple geographies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including executive leaders, hiring managers, and employees.
HR Leadership in India:
  • Oversee local HR operations in India, including recruitment, payroll, benefits, and compliance with Indian labor laws.
  • Partner with India-based executives to align talent and performance with global objectives.
  • Develop and implement training programs to support long-term growth and development.
Talent Acquisition & Development:
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting globally, from strategy to execution, building diverse and high-performing teams.
  • Partner with business leaders to design headcount planning, succession pipelines, and leadership hiring.
  • Launch company-wide training, onboarding, and development programs to support long-term growth.
Performance Management:
  • Develop and implement a global performance management system with measurable KPIs and accountability frameworks.
  • Drive company-wide engagement, retention, and career development initiatives.
  • Champion a culture of ownership, excellence, and collaboration across all offices.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in HR leadership, preferably in a global or multinational company. A strong track record of managing global HR strategy and deep knowledge of India HR laws are essential for this role.
