Job Summary:

The Corporate Chief Engineer oversees the engineering teams across all resorts, leading initiatives to reduce energy consumption and ensure regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership & Oversight: Develop policies, lead capital projects, set benchmarks for property-level engineering teams, and drive industry standards.
  • Maintenance & Operations: Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs, ensure optimal functioning of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Energy & Sustainability: Implement energy-saving measures, develop sustainable practices aligned with global hospitality standards, and foster a culture of environmental responsibility.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure regulatory compliance across all properties, conduct regular audits, and mitigate risks proactively.
  • Team Development & Management: Recruit, train, and mentor engineering teams, promoting a culture of safety, service, and continuous improvement.
  • Budgeting & Financial Management: Manage annual engineering budgets, approve expenditures for maintenance and capital projects, and optimize resource allocation.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
  • Advanced certifications in facility management or energy efficiency preferred.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in hospitality engineering, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles.
