Bid Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the position of Bid & Offer Manager.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Pre-sales and offer preparation
    • Anticipating major RFI/RFPs and associated risks
    • SUPPORTING NEW BUSINESS STRATEGY AND DEVELOPMENT
    • Supporting business managers in coordination and action plans
    • Qualifying businesses and strategies for answers
    • Organizing and attending Go/NoGo – Bid/NoBid meetings
    • Maximizing the value of ALTEN's offer
    • Coordinating bid teams (technical, business, legal, quality, center of expertise, partners)
    • Checking offer quality and financial forms prior to review
    • Storing information on the CRM tool
    • Performing lessons learned from each CFT
    • Analyzing risks for each bid and alerting BU/Management/TD as required
    • Transversal activities and capitalization
    • Issuing KPIs from the CRM tool and checking data accuracy
    • Issuing reports to Management, BU, TD, and Pre-Sales Head with adapted frequency and format
    • Monitoring adherence to the bid process and alerting if not respected
    • Analyzing bid process maturity by Business Unit and defining action plans
    • Performing analysis for each semester on main reasons for win/lose
    • Captializing best practices, offers, and templates to maximize win rate and reuse
    • Explaining and enforcing the BID process, method, and tools

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of industry experience
