Job Title: Proposal Specialist

About the Role:

  • This is a key position in our organization where you will be responsible for writing high-quality proposals that showcase our company's capabilities and expertise.
  • You will work closely with our sales team to develop and implement account penetration strategies and account-specific sales plans.
  • We are seeking an individual with strong knowledge of RFP/RFQ/RFI management, bid management, capture management, and dealing with US Federal government contracting.

Must-Haves:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in an IT services or staffing company.
  • Understanding of US Federal government and SLED contracting.
  • Experience in RFP/RFQ/RFI management and a good understanding of end-to-end sales life cycle.
  • End-to-end handling of capture management, lead generation & bid management.
  • Strong presentation skills and proficient in MS Office to prepare proposals, case studies, marketing collateral etc.
  • Ability to navigate and get the required information from various stakeholders to design a compelling solution/proposal.
  • Hands-on experience in proposal writing is mandatory.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
