About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join our team in Bangalore, Kolkata, Mumbai, or Jaipur. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base.

Responsibilities:

  • Servicing customers' needs by obtaining orders, establishing new relationships, and organizing daily work schedules to follow up with existing clients.
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and providing expert advice to customers.
  • Managing information by submitting daily activity reports, such as call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly updates.
  • Approaching targeted business clients through various channels, including telephone, email, social networks, and events.
  • Searching for new client leads and managing relationships with existing customers.
  • Conducting market research to analyze competitors and optimize sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in project sales of bathroom fittings and accessories.
  • Strong connections with developers in your assigned state or location.
  • Understanding of technical aspects of bathroom fittings and accessories.
  • Experience in B2B sales is essential.
