Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Channel Sales Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through existing channels and expanding our distribution network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue market share by expanding the width of distribution and improving product availability.
  • Monitor productivity of channel partners and field sales executives to ensure optimal performance.
  • Train and equip distributors with required number of field sales executives to meet business objectives.
  • Ensure adequate stock levels at distributors and retailers to meet customer demands.
  • Strengthen distribution by increasing recharge selling outlets and SIM selling outlets.
  • Drive basic distribution parameters such as ROI of distributors and retailers.
  • Gather and report competition plans, policies, best practices, and initiatives.
  • Improve brand visibility in assigned territory.
Requirements
  1. Graduate in any discipline.
  2. 4-6 years of experience in sales or marketing.
