We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to lead and manage the HR function, driving strategic initiatives across HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and culture-building.
- The ideal candidate will lead and mentor a lean team of HR professionals, setting clear goals and objectives, balancing workloads and driving accountability.
- He/She will oversee global mobility and travel operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- The role involves owning HR policy governance, audit readiness, and end-to-end HR administration, including payroll, statutory filings, onboarding/offboarding, and benefits administration.
- Our organization champions employee experience by designing and implementing programs to enhance office amenities, wellness initiatives, pulse surveys, and rapid-response action plans.
- The successful candidate will develop and execute culture-building strategies to boost engagement and reduce attrition, including targeted initiatives, workshops, recognition programs, and employee rewards.
- He/She will embed our 5-DNA values through team-led workshops, leadership forums, and signature events.
- The Human Resources Manager will design and approve total-rewards frameworks, including salary cycles, incentives, spot awards, and ESOP communications.
- Prioritizing and reviewing Learning & Development initiatives, including curriculum development, certification tracking, and impact reporting.
- Driving CSR strategy and employer branding in collaboration with Talent Acquisition, focusing on social media, Glassdoor, and campus outreach.
- Owning Talent Acquisition and HR governance, overseeing sourcing, screening, offers, TA metrics, complex escalations, HRIS data integrity, and HR-tech optimizations.
Required Skills:
- MBA or Master's degree in Human Resource Management from a recognized university or institute.
- At least 15+ years of relevant experience in Human Resource Management, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong analytical skills to measure and analyze HR and people performance for data-driven decision-making.
- Proficient in MS Office with working knowledge of HRIS systems such as SuccessFactors or Workday (preferred).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate, influence, and engage effectively at all organizational levels to drive results.
- Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
