Key HR Role

This is a critical role in the organization, responsible for delivering local HR services to support business operations. The successful candidate will lead and drive HR initiatives across multiple business units, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.

The role requires close collaboration with Global CoEs, HR Shared Services, and HR Operations to deliver outstanding HR services to colleagues and business leaders.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Relations: Serve as a primary contact for employee relations activities, facilitating conflict resolution and managing proactive relationship improvements.

  • Case Management: Deliver case management services to support employees with sickness absence, grievances, and disciplinary activities.

  • Talent Acquisition Support: Collaborate with recruitment teams to align recruitment strategies with business unit needs.

  • Performance Management: Assist managers in conducting performance reviews and implementing improvement plans.

  • Compliance and Policies: Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures, including compliance with local labor laws and organizational regulations.

  • Onboarding and Integration: Support the seamless integration of new employees through effective onboarding processes.

  • Employee Engagement: Drive initiatives to measure and enhance employee engagement, ensuring alignment with company culture and values.

  • Business Restructures: Manage employee-related activities during business restructuring, including employee exits, redeployment, and support activities.

  • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I): Collaborate with CoEs, HR BPs, and Global colleagues to implement DEI strategies and foster inclusive workplace environments.

  • Team Management and Service Delivery: Develop the HR team to deliver excellent services to the business in support of People Plans.

  • Communication: Review and approval of local communication charters (internal and external) and ensure communication channels are monitored.
