The role of Assistant Vice President, Human Resources and Administration is to lead the human resources and administration functions in India. The goal is to ensure alignment with business objectives.

  • Develop and implement strategies that align with the company's vision and business goals.
  • Lead a team of HR professionals and foster a positive organizational culture.
  • Oversee recruitment strategy to attract and retain top talent.
Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources and Administration
  • Manage and monitor HR & Admin strategies in accordance with group business objectives, including resource planning, talent acquisition, performance management, reward and retention programs, employee engagement, and general administration support.
  • Design and implement innovative talent acquisition processes to drive diversity and inclusion.
  • Develop and maintain performance management systems that align with business goals and drive productivity.
Talent Acquisition
  • Lead a team of recruiters across APAC to support hiring activities in BDx.
  • Develop and execute recruiting plans, working closely with stakeholders and hiring managers to deliver timely recruitment solutions.
Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree with preference for Human Resources or evidence of exceptional ability for the role. 20+ years of experience in human resources, including TA and office administration functions, with at least 5 years in a managerial position. Sound knowledge of Indian employment law and other statutory requirements.

Familiarity with cross-cultural environments and excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. Good command of spoken and written English. Ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment, and prioritize tasks effectively.
