Job Overview:
The Associate Manager HRBP plays a pivotal role in harmonizing HR practices with business objectives to drive organizational performance and growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate with senior business leaders to understand their strategic goals and provide informed HR input to support organizational success.
- Performance Management: Drive the performance management process, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, annual appraisals, and performance improvement plans to ensure employee development and alignment with business objectives.
- Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relationships by addressing concerns, mediating workplace conflicts, and promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity.
- Talent Management: Support talent planning, internal mobility, and succession planning to meet workforce needs and ensure business continuity.
- Engagement & Retention: Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention, aligning with business goals and objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 4-8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in an HRBP or generalist role.
Key Competencies:
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Sound knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
