Strategic Partnership Development Specialist

This role requires an individual to identify and acquire partnerships with institutes in the test-prep, competitive exam, and skill development sectors.

The position will focus on helping coaching centers and upskilling providers offer student-friendly fee financing solutions that integrate seamlessly into their operations.

You will be responsible for direct sales, strategic partnerships, and account management, engaging with decision-makers at institutes, franchise owners, and training organizations.

A strong understanding of the coaching and upskilling ecosystem, seasonal demand cycles, and how financial products can be positioned to increase enrolments is required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales & Business Development
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in the education and skill development sectors.
  • Experience selling solutions to coaching centers, training institutes, and edtech providers.
  • Industry Experience
  • Familiarity with multiple segments including Engineering & Medical Entrance, Civil Services, Banking & Insurance, MBA, Law, International Test Prep, GATE, and Professional Upskilling programs.
  • Understanding of institute operations, student enrollment patterns, and fee structures.
  • Account Management
  • Skilled in onboarding partners, maintaining long-term relationships, and driving repeat business.
  • Ability to address partner needs and provide tailored financing solutions.
  • Strategic Partnerships
  • Ability to identify and foster strategic partnerships that align with business objectives, creating new revenue streams and business opportunities.
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Adept at nurturing and strengthening relationships with key clients, ensuring consistent value delivery and customer retention.
  • Product Knowledge
  • Deep understanding of fintech products, particularly in the lending space, with the ability to communicate their value to clients and partners effectively.
  • Regulatory Compliance
  • Familiarity with the regulatory framework governing fintech and NBFC sectors, ensuring that all business dealings are compliant with industry standards.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
  • Skilled in collaborating with internal teams (e.g., credit, operations) and external partners to ensure the smooth implementation and execution of solutions.

  • Strong negotiation abilities with a focus on closing high-value deals, managing expectations, and driving profitable outcomes for both the company and clients.
